The IPP cartridge is manufactured by superfine fiber polypropylene membrane in the thermal welding process. The scientific pore structure makes absolutely fine filter. The depth filter is of high dirt-retention capacity, which ensures the filtering effect and efficiency.IPP pleated cartridge is fitted with 1 layered filter medium made of submicron polypropylene and 2 layered support filament felt which absolute no fiber peeling off. With more than 0.5M2/10inch filter area and the mic-weld of all polypropylene components, that make this kind cartridge adhering to the USP Class VI and FDA CFR Title 21 criteria. Allowing absolute filter rations of 99.9 % particle retention. Do not contain binding agents, adhesives or additives. A high dirt-hold capacity and a low differential pressure, especially for filtering out impurities such as solid particles and special liquid can’t accept any fibers from the cartridge mix into the liquid.
